ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within *15 days* of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging and any accompanying materials (e.g., receipt and pouches).
  • Custom-made or personalized items, including those tailored through Bazi consultations, are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable items.
  • Digital products, including online consultations or downloadable content are non-returnable items.
  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.

Although we will select the crystal with the best color for you, it is normal for the crystal to be made of natural material and have defects or the texture does not match the picture. Just like you are also a unique and beautiful individual in this world. This situation does not constitute a reason for return. By purchasing, you accept their possible natural imperfections.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at info@yorecrystals.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping lable, including the return address.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is obviously defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within **7-10 business days**. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired product.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
